02/27/2008 - President Eric Ng and President Justin Yu represented $40,000 donation collected from the community to the American Red Cross.
02/27/2008 - The Flushing Chinese Business Association President Peter Koo, who is running for the 16th District of the New York State Senate, visited CCBA.
02/26/2008 - Ms. Mimi Eng donated $25,500 to New York Chinese School for Jimmy Eng scholarship foundation.
02/22/2008 - President Eric Ng attended the 28th Annual Dinner of the Asian Jade Society, and received a Community Service Award.
02/22/2008 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Chinatown Daycare Center, and received an appreciation award handmade by the teachers and students of the center.
02/22/2008 - The Visiting Nurse Services of New York Chinatown N-NORC Service hosted their annual Lunar New Year Party at the CCBA auditorium, and presented an appreciation award to President Eric Ng.
02/21/2008 - President Eric Ng chaired the last CCBA board meeting.  All the board members took a group picture after the meeting.
02/20/2008 - President Eric Ng, President Alex Wong and President Justin Yu attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Mayor's Office at Gracie Mansion.  In the event, they took a picture with NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly.
02/20/2008 - Representing Governor Eliot Spitzer and Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Mr. George Hu from the Governor's Office, Commissioner Nazli Parvisi and Ms. Pauline Yu from the Mayor's Office CAU presented citations to President Eric Ng, for his dedication to the community. 
02/17/2008 - Chief Zeigler from NYPD Community Affairs visited CCBA
02/15/2008 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the New York Downtown Hospital.
02/15/2008 - President Eric Ng attended the 10th anniversary and Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Shuang Wen School.
02/13/2008 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Gouverneur Healthcare System.
02/12/2008 - Ambassador Kenneth K.M. Liao, President Eric Ng and community leaders attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the City Council at the City Hall.
02/07/2008 - CCBA hosted the annual Lunar New Year ceremony. Many important government officials visited CCBA and greeted the Chinese-Americans a happy new year, including Governor Eliot Spitzer, State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, and many judges, State Senators, Assembly members, City Council members and officials. 02/04/2008 - Dr. Russell Kellogg, the Chairperson of Saint Vincent Hospital's Living-at-Home Program, visited CCBA.  The program will host a find raising dinner on April 25.
02/04/2008 - CCBA asked the Chinese-American residents to donate for the victims affected by the recent snow disaster in China.  To donate please make the check payable to "American Red Cross" and write down "China Snow Disaster Fund" at the bottom. The donation is tax deductible.
02/01/2008 - Requested by Mr. George Hu, the assistant of New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer, CCBA held a disaster relief for the victims of Bangladesh.  After two months of fund raising, CCBA raised $6,500 for the victims.  Sonia Martinez, the director of ARCGNY Manhattan Office and other staffs came to CCBA to receive the checks.

02/01/2008 - Voluntary students from Baruch College started their annual tax program in CCBA.  They provide free tax service for the residents in the community on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from now until April.
