12/23/2014 - A moment of silence was held before the monthly CCBA board meeting for NYPD officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos, who were shot and killed in Brooklyn on Saturday. 

 

12/22/2014 - On behalf of the Chinese community in New York, President Eric Ng presented flowers to honor NYPD Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos at the crime scene, where they were fatally ambushed in Brooklyn on Saturday.
12/18/2014 - Representatives from the opera organizations gathered at the CCBA Conference Room, to draw for the performing order during the 2015 Lunar New Year Celebration Performances.
12/16/2014 - President Eric Ng, who also serves as the board-chairman of the Chinatown Daycare Center, attended the Christmas celebration of the Daycare Center.
12/05/2014 - Ambassador Shen Lyu-shum, the Republic of China Representative to the United States, visited CCBA and Chinatown.  CCBA coordinated a welcoming ceremony at CCBA and a welcoming banquet in a restaurant in Chinatown.
