06/27/2008 - Traditionally, CCBA President also serves as the president of the Greater New York Coalition of Three Principles of the People. Former President Eric Ng officially handed over the presidency to current President Justin Yu.

06/25/2008 - Chinese American organizations and individuals continued to donate to the victims in the China's earthquake area.
06/24/2008 - Prosecutor-General Chen Tsung-ming of the Republic of China Supreme Prosecutors Office led a delegation to visit CCBA.
06/23/2008 - New York Downtown Hospital held a medical public forum at CCBA, to listen to the feedback from Chinese American patients and families.

06/23/2008 - Representatives from the Federal Asian Pacific American Council visited CCBA, encourage Asian American youths to attend a Federal Government job fair held by the FAPAC.

06/20/2008 - The Chinatown Headstart held the graduation ceremony, and presented awards to President Justin Yu and Former President Eric Ng, to appreciate their efforts in protecting the community environment and the security of the school.
06/20/2008 - The American Restaurant Association presented the collected earthquake donation to President Justin Yu, which will be handed over to the Red Cross later.
06/20/2008 - President Justin Yu, who also serves as the chairperson of New York Chinese School, attended the graduation ceremony of the school.
06/19/2008 - Saint Vincent's Hospital hosted a free prostate cancer screening service at the CCBA auditorium.
06/19/2008 - New Jersey Bridgewater Township Councilman Michael Hsing, who is running for Congress, visited CCBA.
06/19/2008 - Elderly from the St. Margaret Housing near Chinatown presented a donation of $1,383 raised for the Chinatown earthquake victims.
06/18/2008 - The Singtao Daily presented the collected earthquake donation to President Justin Yu, which will be handed over to the Red Cross later.
06/18/2008 - President Justin Yu, who also serves as the chairperson of the Chinatown Daycare Center, attended the graduation ceremony of the center.
06/17/2008 - Board members of the Chinatown Partnership Local Development Corporation visited CCBA, and presented a donation of $5,035 to CCBA. The fund was raised at their annual dinner on June 12.
06/15/2008 - The Oversea Chinese Mission in Chinatown presented the collected earthquake donation of $120,000 to CCBA President Justin Yu, which will be handed over to the Red Cross later.
06/14/2008 - Chinese American organizations and individuals continued to donate to the victims in the China's earthquake area.
06/12/2008 - At the annual dinner of the Chinatown Partnership Local Development Corporation, State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver presented a community leadership award to CCBA.
06/12/2008 - CCBA presented more collected earthquake donation to the American Red Cross.  CCBA has raised $952,849.61 since the May 12 Earthquake a months ago.
06/11/2008 - Margaret Chin, a Chinese-American candidate running for the City Council at the local 1st District, visited CCBA.
06/11/2008 - President Justin Yu and Former President Eric Ng visited Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau, and held a jointed press conference with the Manhattan D.A. Office, to announce the 7th Chinese Community Crime Prevention Forum that will be held at the CCBA Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Auditorium on July 18.
06/11/2008 - Two Chinese-American candidates: Danniel Maio running for New York State Assembly and Grace Lim running for U.S. Congress, visited CCBA.
06/09/2008 - Chinatown Neighborhood Occurring Retirement Community hosted a seminar at the CCBA meeting room.
06/09/2008 - Chinese American organizations and individuals continued to donate to the victims in the China's earthquake area.
06/05/2008 - The St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center presented the earthquake donation of $6,000 to CCBA, which will be handed over to the Red Cross later.
06/05/2008 - President Justin Yu presented the Volunteer Spirit Award to Mr. Kwok Sum Fung, a Naturalization Program volunteer who was absent in the Asian Heritage Month event.
06/04/2008 - The NYPD Fifth Precinct hosted the last CCBA police-community forum before the summer break. The CCBA police-community forum host no meeting in July and August every year. The next meeting will be resumed on September 3.
06/03/2008 - The National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations hosted held a press conference at the CCBA meeting room, to announce their fund raising program to help the earthquake victims in China.
