06/26/2010 - William Lin, the deputy general director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York, will be assigned to Taiwan soon. CCBA hosted a farewell party, and presented him an appreciation plaque.
06/26/2010 - President Jack Eng attended the Lower East Side Rally for Life event hosted by the American Cancer Society Eastern Division Asian Initiative.
06/25/2010 - Professor Mi Kyung Cha from Sookmyung Women's University Department of Chinese Language from Seoul, Korea visited CCBA with 7 students, to learn the history of Chinese Americans and how students learn the Chinese language oversea.
06/23/2010 - The Chinese American Voters Federation borrowed the newest voting machine from the New York City Board of Election, and demonstrated it at CCBA.
06/23/2010 - The Chinese American Voters Federation hosted its installation ceremony at CCBA.  The new Chairperson Jack Eng, President Virginia Wong and other board members sworn in by Judge Randall Eng, and witnessed by Judge Doris Ling-Cohan and City Comptroller John Liu.
06/23/2010 - President Jack Eng went to Flushing and attended the Father's Day and Mother's Day celebration of the senior center of Taiwan Center.
06/22/2010 - Beth Israel Hospital and Metropolitan Jewish Hospice held a press conference at CCBA, to announce a joint program to serve the patients with terminal deceases.
06/19/2010 - President Jack Eng, who also serves as the board chairman of the New York Chinese School, attended the school's graduation ceremony.
06/18/2010 - Mr. Kong Kin-Chung, the son of CCBA's 27th President Kong Mo-Arm, visited CCBA from San Francisco.  He shared a copy of former President Kong's photo and other information with CCBA for our historic records.
06/17/2010 - The New York City Health Department of Health offered a free workshop at CCBA Auditorium to explain the grading program for restaurants so that establishment operators can comply with the new rules that will start in July 2010.
06/16/2010 - New York County District Attorney Office held a 2010 Chinatown Safety & Crime Prevention Seminar at CCBA auditorium.  District Attorney Cyrus Vince attended the event.  CCBA presented an appreciation award to Linda Jones-Janneh, the former Community Affairs Coordinator of the office, who was just promoted to another position.
06/16/2010 - President Jack Eng attended the 2nd Anniversary of Brooklyn Asian Voice Organization (BRAVO).
06/14/2010 - Irene Cheung, the new president of the Chinese American Voters Association of USA, visited CCBA and President Jack Eng.  She invited President Eng to attend her installation ceremony and annual gala dinner.
06/09/2010 - The Chinese American Voters Federation of New York held a press conference at CCBA, and introduced the new electronic machine to vote.
06/09/2010 - The Manhattan District Attorney Office held a press conference at CCBA, to announce the detail information of the 2010 Chinatown Safety & Crime Prevention Seminar that will be hosting at the CCBA Auditorium on June 16.
06/07/2010 - CCBA presented the collected donation of $34,172 to the American Red Cross of Greater New York, to assist the victims of the China Earthquake.  The American Red Cross will deliver the funds to China and assist the victims.
06/02/2010 - Teresa Ye, the new community liaison of Manhattan District Attorney Office, visited CCBA and President Jack Eng.
