	03/28/2005 - Mayor Bloomberg signed the Intro A-185 Bill in the City Hall.  This bill requires that if a street is closed for more than 180 days, the City has to provide necessary arrangement to the nearby neighborhood.  A few days later, Mayor Bloomberg announced that Park Row would be partially opened.
	03/01/2005 - Asian Job Services Employment Committee President Peter Koo was presenting an award to CCBA President York Chan for thanking him for providing space and catering for the seminars in Chinatown area.
