10/29/2014 - Councilwoman Margaret Chin held a seminar at CCBA, to provide information about Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption, Medicare and Food Stamp.
10/21/2014 - President Eric Ng received the first prize in a photo contest hosted by ROC Overseas Community Affairs Council.  The winning historic picture is among President Ng's collection, which shows the Chinatown community in New York celebrating the National Day of Republic of China in 1938 during World War II.
10/18/2014 - NewYork Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital Chinese Community Partnership for Health Program provided free flu shot service to the community at CCBA.
10/17/2014 - Since there were two fatal accidents occurred in Chinatown within a month, NYPD FIfth Precinct Executive Officer Lanot held a emergency press conference at CCBA to remind the community about traffic safety.
10/17/2014 - Stephen Ying, President of Oregon CCBA and Wilson Lee, former President of New England CCBA visited CCBA in New York.

10/15/2014 - President Eric Ng attended the "Brain Health Day" event hosted by Alzheimer's Association in CCBA.

 

10/10/2014 - CCBA hosted the annual Double Ten National Day Parade for the Republic of China.
10/09/2014 - President Eric Ng attended the opening ceremony of a Chinese Calligraphy Event hosted by Lin Sing Association, Hoy Sun Ning Yung Association and other organizations, which celebrates the Double Ten National Day of the Republic of China.
10/07/2014 - President Eric Ng and many community leaders attended the Double Ten Celebration Reception held by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office of New York.
10/07/2014 - Councilwoman Margaret Chin and a lawyer from Minkon Center held a press conference at CCBA, to announce a free naturalization service that will be held at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center on October 17th from 10am to 5pm.
10/07/2014 - Alzheimer's Association held a press conference to announce a workshop to educate the community about the disease.  The workshop will be held at CCBA on October 15 from 10am to 2pm.

10/06/2014 - Gouverneur Healthcare and Speaker Sheldon Silver's Office provided free flu shot service to the community at CCBA.

 

10/04/2014 - President Eric Ng and the community leaders from Chinatown went to Flushing to attend the Flag Raising Ceremony in Queens to celebrate the 103rd Double Ten National Day of Republic of China.
10/02/2014 - A party was held for Mr. Raymond Moy, a retiring staff from Con Edison, who has provided bi-lingual nformation to Chinese Americans at CCBA for over a decade.  President Eric Ng attended the party and thanked for Mr. Moy's efforts to help the Chinese community.
