02/27/2016 - President Eric Ng presented appreciation certificates to the volunteers in the CCBA Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program this year.
02/25/2016 - President Eric Ng was being honored at the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli.

02/24/2016 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Newyork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, and accepted an appreciation award from the hospital.

 

02/23/2016 - President Eric Ng chaired his last CCBA board meeting. All the board members took a group picture after the meeting.

02/19/2016 - President Eric Ng and President-Elected Jerry Shiao met with Inspector Steven Griffith, Commanding Officer of NYPD Community Affairs Division, to discuss the incident of Officer Peter Liang, and express the concerns and frustrations from the Chinese American community.

02/19/2016 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Chinatown Daycare Center.
02/17/2016 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Gouverneur Healthcare.
02/13/2016 - CCBA and OCA (Organization of Chinese Americans) New York Chapter hosted a press conference, to express frustrations to the verdict against NYPD Officer Peter Liang.  The organizations hope the Chinese-American community can provide supports to Officer Liang.
02/12/2016 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Chinatown Head Start.
02/11/2016 - President Eric Ng attended the Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the P.S. 124 (The Yung Wing School).
02/08/2016 - CCBA hosted the annual Lunar New Year ceremony. Many important government officials visited CCBA and greeted Chinese-Americans a happy new year, including Mayor Bill de Blasio, Public Advocate Letitia James, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, New York County District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., State Senator Daniel Squadron, City Council Members Margaret Chin, judges, representatives from elected officials and many community leaders.

02/04/2016 - CCBA and the Chinatown community held a banquet to welcome Ambassador Lily Li-wen Hsu, the new general director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York.
02/04/2016 - CCBA staff took an annual group picture to greet out community a happy new year.
