06/30/2006 - The Chinatown Arch Committee had a meeting in CCBA,  Which was reformed and discussed further plans to build the Arch in Chinatown.  Under the new structure, President Ng was elected to be the president of the committee.
06/28/2006 - Daniel Stern, the administrator of the Anna Erika Assisted Living in Staten Island, visited CCBA and introduced their service to the Chinese community.
06/28/2006 - A group of Cantonese Opera performers from China visited CCBA.
06/24/2006 - President Eric Ng, who also serves as the board chairman of the New York Chinese School, attended the graduation ceremony and presented certificates.
06/24/2006 - CCBA and the Chinese American Voters Federation continue our efforts to promote voters registration during the summer.  If you want to register as a voter, please go to CCBA and there will be representative to assist you.
06/24/2006 - Dr. David Chang and some educators from the Association of Chinese Schools had a meeting in CCBA, to discuss hosting the Confucius Memorial Ceremony in New York and New Jersey this year.
06/23/2006 - President Eric Ng attended a gallery in the Confucius Plaza.
06/23/2006 - After complaining to the NYPD, the enforcement parking problem is obviously improved.  This picture was taken on Bayard Street at 2pm on a Friday, which it used to be packed with enforcement vehicles.
06/23/2006 - Chief of Taipei county Hsi-Wei Chou leaded a business and economic development team to visit CCBA. President Eric Ng and other community leaders welcomed him and hosted a welcoming lunch party in Chinatown.
06/22/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the inauguration ceremony of the Chinese American Voters Association in Queens.  Johnson Lee, the current CCBA English Secretary, was inaugurated as one of the co-chairs of the association.
06/21/2006 - Saint Vincent's Hospital hosted a free prostate cancer screening service at the CCBA auditorium.
06/20/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the official opening of the Chinese Unit at St. Vincent's Hospital.
06/16/2006 - Detective Superintendent Karl Spencer from the Hong Kong Police Force Wanchai District Crime Headquarters visited CCBA.
06/15/2006 - President Eric Ng, who also serves as the board chairman of the Chinatown Daycare Center, attended the pre-school graduation ceremony of the school.
06/15/2005 - NYC Department for the Aging Commissioner Edwin Méndez-Santiago attended a health forum hosted by Chinese American Alzheimer's Coalition of NYC at the CCBA auditorium.
06/14/2006 - A health insurance company hosted a health seminar for senior citizens in the CCBA auditorium.
06/09/2006 - Protestors from Hong Kong will sail to the Diao Yu Islands to declare China's ownership of the islands in August.  Community activists in New York held a press conference and ask for donation for this event.
06/08/2006 - New York County District Attorney's Office, NYPD and other agencies held a Crime Prevention Seminar for the Chinese Community in CCBA.
06/07/2006 - The Fifth Precinct held the last Police-Community Conference before the summer break.  Commanding Officer Deputy Inspector Michael Lau reported the crime and parking issues.  CCBA also invited Henry A. Ehrhardt from NYC Department of Sanitation to outline the Department's rules and regulations on trash pickup and street cleaning.
06/05/2006 - Esther Yang, who is running for New York State Assemble 74th District, visited CCBA.
06/05/2006 - CCBA's staffs attended a press conference hosted by New York City Board of Election and Councilman John Liu. The Board of Election is recruiting bi-lingual poll workers.  The application form is available at CCBA Office.
06/03/2006 - President Eric Ng met U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao in the 61st anniversary of Lt. B.R. Kimlau Chinese Memorial Post 1291 The American Legion, Department of New York.
06/02/2006 - Linda Jones-Janneh from the New York County District Attorney's Office and Deputy Inspector Michael Lau, the Commanding Officer of the Fifth Precinct hosted a press conference in CCBA, to introduce a Crime Prevention Seminar for the Chinese Community hosted in CCBA next Thursday.
06/01/2006 - Samuel Mok from the U.S. Department of Labor visited CCBA. 
06/01/2006 - Referred by the Lin Sing Association, Johnson Lee started his term as the English Secretary of CCBA.
