12/16/2008 - President Justin Yu and President Jack Eng of Ning Yung Association went to the Gouverneur Healthcare Service to visit CCBA Former Presidents Henry Chung and Ping Kee Chan.

12/10/2008 - President Justin Yu and other community leaders attended the annual fundraising dinner of the Museum of Chinese in America, and received a Legacy Award presented to CCBA.
12/09/2008 - President Justin Yu visited a senior center in Chinatown, and greeted the elderly Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
12/08/2008 - New York Downtown Hospital announce to collect healthy recipes from the community to improve the quality of meals in the hospital.
12/04/2008 - New York City Councilman Alan Gerson visited CCBA, and exchanged opinions on different topics of the community.
12/02/2008 - The Chinese Freemasons announced to host the First Lion Dance Competition on January 11, 2009.
