04/27/2009 - Chinatown Neighborhood Occurring Retirement Community hosted a seminar at the CCBA. Representatives from New York City Fire Department explained fire safety information to the elderly.

04/27/2009 - The Visiting Nurse Service of New York hosted an event at CCBA.

 

04/18/2009 - C.C.B.A. hosted a party to thank all the volunteers in the tax program. Most of the volunteers are from Oriental Advisory Group Foundation of CUNY Baruch College.
04/15/2009 - New York Downtown Hospital and Health First hosted a press conference at CCBA, to announce information of their recipe contest.

04/10/2009 - Ambassador Kenneth K.M. Liao presented a flag to President Justin Yu, who will lead a delegation of 67 community leaders to visit Taiwan starting May 1.

04/08/2009 - President Justin Yu attended the American Cancer Society's Spring of Hope fund-raising dinner, and took pictures with all the honorees.
04/07/2009 - Cyrus Vance, Jr. who is running for the Manhattan District Attorney, visited CCBA.
04/05/2009 - The 21st Annual Chinese-American College Information Program was being hosted in CCBA Auditorium.  Hundreds of parents and high school students attended and obtained college information from different institutions and organizations.
04/03/2009 - President Justin Yu and other community leaders went to the tombs praying ceremony in many different cemeteries.
