09/29/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the 30th anniversary gala dinner of the Organization of Chinese Americans - New York Chapter.  He presented the community award to the Chinatown Youth Initiatives.
09/29/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the 12th anniversary of Ling Nam Painting Association.
09/28/2006 - President Eric Ng, who also serves as the chairperson of New York Chinese School, attended the school's event celebrating the Teachers' Day.
09/27/2006 - Angie Teng from the U.S. Department of Labor attended CCBA's board meeting to invite community leaders to attend the Opportunity Conference held in Philadelphia on October 17.
09/26/2006 - President Eric Ng and Ambassador Andrew Hsia presented the flags to President Justin Yu of Lin Sing Association and the traveling companies, which authorized President Yu to represent CCBA on the Double Ten Day in Taiwan.
09/24/2006 - CCBA and other educational organizations hosted the first traditional Confucius Memorial Ceremony since 1985. President Eric Ng was the principal presentation officer of the ceremony.  Please click here to see the pictures of the event.
09/22/2006 - CCBA and St. Vincent Hospital hosted a Head and Neck Cancer Seminar at the auditorium. President Eric Ng attended and spoke in the seminar.
09/16/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the opening ceremony of the 2006 Chinese Cultural Festival, which was co-hosted by CCBA and other organizations at Battery Park.
09/15/2006 - CCBA and St Vincent's Hospital jointly held a press conference to announce an upcoming Head and Neck Cancer Seminar  featuring Dr. Zujun Li, the new Medical Director of Community Oncology Services.  Attending today's press conference were Justin Yu, Frances Wong and Dewey Fong. 
09/15/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the kick-off press conference of the Chinatown Traffic Safety Awareness Month, which was held by Councilman Alan Gerson inside the City Hall.
09/14/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the 121st Anniversary Fundraising Dinner of the Gouverneur Healthcare Services, and presented a $10,000 check to Executive Director Mendel Hagler.
09/14/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the 21st Presidential and board of director's inaugural ceremonies of the Flushing Chinese Business Association.
09/11/2006 - President Eric Ng attended the 9-11 Commemorative Tribute Dinner hosted by New York Downtown Hospital, and took a picture with the guest Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York.
09/09/2006 - The 8th PSSNY International Salon of Photography 2006 was held at the CCBA auditorium from 9/9 - 9/12.
09/08/2006 - The Fire Department of New York held a recruiting seminar at CCBA to recruit Asian firemen. 
09/07/2006 - President Eric Ng attended and spoke at the ribbon cutting ceremony of New York Downtown Hospital's Lehman Brothers Emergency Center.  CCBA had helped to raise $170,000 for this center.
09/06/2006 - After a 2 months summer break, the police-community conference resumed at CCBA.  The police-community conference will be held at 2pm on the first Wednesday every month, at the CCBA meeting room.
09/05/2006 - President Eric Ng announced the result from the survey CCBA had done in Chinatown.  The result indicated that 82% of the business owners were against street closure in Chinatown for movie production.
