08/28/2014 - President Eric Ng attended a dinner to welcome President Wang Jin-Pyng and the delegation from the Legislative Yuan of Republic of China.
08/28/2014 - President Eric Ng, President Ben Wong, President Jerry Shiao and Secretary Paul Tam visited a few senior centers with large amount of Chinese population in the 5 boroughs, to express greeting to them for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
08/28/2014 - President Eric Ng attended the press conference hosted by Gouverneur Health regarding their anniversary fundraising dinner.
08/27/2014 - Senator Toby Stavisky, who is running re-election for the New York State 16th District Senator, visited CCBA and President Eric Ng.
08/27/2014 - CCBA continued to hand over the donations collected from the community to Chen Yan, the mother of He Jia Ying, a 2-years-old girl who had been diagnosed with eye cancer.  Chen Yan thanked all donors for their generous supports.
08/25/2014 - The New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) mobile van provided free legal assistance services in front of CCBA.

08/25/2014 - NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital held a Worker's Health Day at CCBA Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Auditorium to provide health screenings and educational workshops to the public.

 

08/21/2014 - President Eric Ng, who also serves as the board chairman of the New York Chinese School, attended the graduation ceremony of the school's summer program.
08/19/2014 - CCBA, Councilwoman Margaret Chin and New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) held a press conference, to announce NYLAG's mobile van will provide free legal assistance services to Lower East Side and Chinatown communities on August 22 and August 25.
08/18/2014 -  Members and supporters of Kuomintang Party established a league in New York to support and promote Kuomintang Party in November's election in Taiwan (Republic of China).
08/18/2014 - NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital held a press conference at CCBA, to announce a Worker's Health Day at CCBA Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Auditorium on August 25.  Health screenings and educational workshops will be provided during the event.
08/17/2014 - President Eric Ng and many community leaders attended the annual convention dinner of the Chinese American Academic Professional Society (CAAPS) in Flushing.
08/15/2014 - Tim Wu, who is running for Lieutenant Governor of New York State, visited CCBA and President Eric Ng.
08/13/2014 - President Eric Ng presented appreciation certificates to 12 youths, who served at CCBA during their 7-weeks Summer Youth Employment Program.
08/13/2014 - Stanley Sherbell MD, the Chief Medical Officer at New York Methodist Hospital. visited CCBA and introduced the services of the hospital for the Asian community.
08/13/2014 - Douglas M. Lee, who is running for New York State 16th District Assemble in Long Island, visited CCBA and President Eric Ng.
08/12/2014 - CCBA held the first "Double Ten" Preparation Committee meeting, to discuss the details of this year's celebrating parade and events.

08/09/2014 - Hosted by Chinatown Youth Initiatives (CYI) and sponsored by the CCBA, volunteers helped cleaning up Chinatown during the Chinatown Beautification Day.

 

08/08/2014 - The Taipei Youth Folk Sports Group visited CCBA in New York, and performed at New York Chinese School.
08/07/2014 - Phil Gim, who is running for New York State 40th District Assembleman, visited CCBA and President Eric Ng.
08/06/2014 - CCBA, Gouverneur Health and AmericanCare held a press conference, to announce a health fair that will be held at CCBA Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Auditorium on August 12.
08/06/2014 - S.J. Jung, who is running for New York State 16th District Senator, visited CCBA and President Eric Ng.

08/05/2014 - President Eric Ng attended the National Night Out Against Crime event hosted by the NYPD Fifth Precinct at Columbus Park.

 

08/05/2014 - Representatives from the Union of Taiwan Universities and Colleges Alumni Association of Greater New York (UTUCAA) visited CCBA.
08/04/2014 - CCBA handed over the donations collected from the community ($9,605) to Chen Yan, the mother of He Jia Ying, a 2-years-old girl who had been diagnosed with eye cancer.  Please contact CCBA at (212) 226-6280 if you want to donate to the family.
08/01/2014 - The Hoy Sun Ning Yung Association held the installation ceremony of its president and officers.  Mr. Ben Wong was installed as the new President of the Hoy Sun Ning Yung Association.
