中華公所伍銳賢顧問多年來收集有關紐約華埠歷史資料，他將其收藏的歷史信封按地址編排，在此供僑胞欣賞。
此外，紐約市於1939年至1941年間將大部份樓宇外觀拍照存檔，本公所亦在此轉貼當時檔案照片，和一些伍銳賢顧問收藏的華埠照片，讓大家看看這些信封郵寄時期的華埠面貌。
在整理這些信封和1940年代的照片時，本公所發現不少信封和照片商店名稱吻合的情況，故以紅字特作標示，供大家參考。
CCBA Former President Eric Ng has been collecting historic items of New York City's Chinatown for years. He sorted the old Chinatown envelopes that he collected by addresses (street name and house number), and posted them here for the community to view.
Also included are photographs of most buildings in the five boroughs between 1939 and 1941 that were collected by the New York City's Government, as well as some collections of former President Eric Ng. They show how Chinatown looked like when these envelopes were being mailed.
While we were organizing these envelopes and pictures, we found many cases where the businesses in the historic pictures matched the names on the envelopes. We put notations in red to indicate them in this project.
