06/22/2018 - New York City Department of Transportation announced  the opening of the newly created pedestrian and bicycle access through Park Row.  President Eric Ng attended the opening ceremony and stated that CCBA will continue to ask for full traffic access on Park Row.

06/22/2018 - 經社區多年爭取後， 紐約市交通局宣佈柏路現改為單車徑，供社區及遊人使用。伍銳賢主席出席開幕儀式，並重申中華公所仍然期待柏路能夠儘快全面重開。
