10/19/2018 - CCBA and Neighbors United Below Canal（NUBC）held a press conference to announce a town hall meeting to discuss the Mayor's plan to close Rikers Island and expand the Manhattan Detention Center on Centre Street in Chinatown. Businesses and residents in Chinatown and nearby area are invited to express their opinion at this town hall meeting that will be held at CCBA auditorium (62 Mott Street, Chinatown) on Friday, October 26 at 6pm.
