- Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations of
Republic of China held a ceremony at CCBA, presented
certificates by Ambassador Andrew Kao to the board
members and advisors of the Association in Eastern
United States. Mr. Tong Chang was appointed as the
director of the the association's Eastern United States
Office.
