04/05/2005 - The City Council announced that they would locate $250,000 for the Chinatown Arch Project.  President Chan attended the ceremony in front of City Hall and thanked the help from the City Council. 04/05/2005 - 紐約市議會宣布撥款二十五萬元，支持中華公所主導的牌樓興建計劃。陳玉駒主席出席了在City Hall前的活動，並感謝市議會對牌樓計劃的支持。
